The EPEIRE T-INDUSTRIES directly use a large range of commercially available pellets – polymer, ceramic, metal (Titane* included) – no need for exclusive and specifically developed filaments or powders. You can leverage any potential pellet provider or define and print your own feed, especially involving fiber or carbon.
Using commercially available and non-transformed pellets generates some major cost gain for additive manufacturing, with estimated feed cost savings of 85% to 95%.

The EPEIRE T-INDUSTRIES directly use pellets from established international providers without any intermediate transformation step. As a result, they respect the technical, mechanical and chemical characteristics of commercially available pellets to directly benefit from their existing certification. The time to market and the related certification costs of the produced elements are significantly reduced.

The EPEIRE T-INDUSTRIES are offering a simple and user-friendly interface that relies on the industry standards (Repetier, Cura, Slic3r,..). A real-time video feed (integrated 720 Dpi camera) enables to control the additive manufacturing process from a mobile or PC screen and eventually adjust any on-going work.
The EPEIRE T-INDUSTRIES enable simplified production operations and reduce related costs: no added intermediate material needed, no washing step and shorter debinding/sintering. When re-initialized, the EPEIRE T-INDUSTRIES automatically fall back to their factory calibration (automatic Z re-calibration). The EPEIRE T-INDUSTRIES support on the fly impression parameters modification (throughput, temperature, speed) without the need to stop the printing process and come back to the slicer.
The EPEIRE T-INDUSTRIES come by default with one head and can be easily upgraded to two heads. The second head can be dedicated to the same initial feed to double the printer throughput or to other feeds from the same range, especially support feed.
The Hot Sphere© technology generates a targeted hot area around the nozzle without the need for heating the entire printer enclosure and as a result reduces the heat loss derived from fumes extraction.
Leveraging a full range of active and passive protections (thermal shields), the EPEIRE T-INDUSTRIES are safe to use in an industrial or shop environment with minimal facility upgrades. No need for printing chamber controlled atmosphere / inert gases feed, no loose powder, no lasers. The EPEIRE T-INDUSTRIES are equipped by design with a VOC gas & odor fume extraction, CE certified.
Switching from one type of feed to another one is facilitated thanks to the EPEIRE3D purge process. For an optimal use, you can leverage the head’s «PLUG & PLAY» installation process and dedicate a specific printing head to a feed family.
The EPEIRE T-INDUSTRIES were designed to sustain intensive use. With a +/-100 microns repeatability and a 500 x 450 x 500 mm impression size, the EPEIRE T-INDUSTRIES unlock new possibilities and allow to deploy cost effective industrial strength small to medium runs additive manufacturing production
To guarantee the manufacturing quality and control, we are relying on locally selected providers and on-shore (France) assembly. The EPEIRE T-INDUSTRIES are based on high quality components and are designed to sustain intensive use in the context of industrial processes.
Our after-sales service relies on potential fault identification through integrated and localised alert systems. When a fault is detected, our technical team can act swiftly and minimize production interruption. Most of the EPEIRE T-INDUSTRIES elements are «PLUG & PLAY» and allow to quickly resume production.
